Why Cakewalk Exists
Cakewalk started because friends kept reaching out to me with the same question: “I need to get three bids for a project. Where do I even start?”
They knew what they needed done, but finding contractors, contacting them individually and gathering comparable estimates could take hours.
So I created Cakewalk—a simple place to post a project once, receive estimates from local contractors, compare price, experience and availability, and decide who feels right for the job.
