Moving In/Move-Out Cleaning

Clean throughout the home

• Provide move-in/move-out cleaning for the vacant, unfurnished 900 sq ft house, leaving it ready for occupancy.
• Vacuum and mop all floors, including kitchen tile and wood-look flooring.
• Clean baseboards, vents, doors, closets and window sills.
• Sanitize high-touch areas, including light switches and outlets.

Clean bathrooms

• Scrub and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, counters and mirrors.
• Polish all fixtures.

Clean kitchen

• Clean and sanitize sinks, counters, cabinets and backsplash.
• Clean and sanitize appliances inside and out, including the fridge, oven, microwave and stove.
• Move the fridge and stove to clean underneath if it won’t damage the floor.
